Yoga Strength & Stability

This 5-week series is designed for those who want to feel stronger, more stable, and more supported in their body.


Blending yoga with functional strength work using light weights, you’ll be guided through intentional movements that build strength in the core, hips, and full body while improving balance, coordination, and joint support.


This is not about intensity or pushing to extremes. It’s about building strength in a way that feels steady, safe, and sustainable.


Over the course of the series, you may begin to experience:
