YOGA WITH REBEKKAH
Yoga became more than movement for me many years ago — it became a way to reconnect with myself, create balance, and navigate life with more awareness and ease.
With over 18 years of personal practice and advanced 500-hour training, I now guide classes that support not only the body, but the nervous system and mind as well. My approach blends mindful movement, strength, breath, and intentional pauses to help you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.
Whether you join me for a dynamic flow, a grounding stretch, or a restorative practice, my hope is that you leave class feeling stronger, calmer, and more like yourself.
My classes are welcoming to all levels and rooted in the belief that yoga is not about perfection — it’s about presence, practice, and creating space to come home to yourself.
